I strongly encourage other couriers and customers who experienced the same treatment to file complaints through Uber Eats and Québec’s consumer protection office. That way, this behavior is documented and cannot be ignored. Absolutely unacceptable. Not recommended at all

The way this store treats people is shocking. The staff show no basic respect，talking down to customers and couriers in a very rude, dismissive tone. Instead of offering normal service, they act as if serving people is a burden.
This level of unprofessional attitude makes it very unpleasant to deal with them. Looking at the Google Reviews, the word “rude” appears again and again, so it’s clearly not just an isolated situation.

Went to pick up my order at 10 PM ，parking lot was completely empty. Yet the lady at the counter acted like a royal princess, ordering me to “move the car” as if I was intruding on her palace. Zero manners, zero professionalism.

Threatening couple refuses to give me the order because I am stopped in their parking lot while there was no one else there and the parking lot is very large. Uber should remove this seller from their list because we are not here to be attacked especially since we deliver their goods. Avoid the virtual convenience store at all costs because this is not the first time it has changed its name. Uber please don't put your delivery people in danger.

If I could put less than 1 star i would. The old couple or sister brother are the worst. I just came to pick up something really quick because I was in a hurry but they got mad at me because I was parked in front WHEN THERE WAS LITTERALLY NO CARS in the parking lot. The service sucks ass and you can always find what you need elsewhere people. You've been warned

The old couple owner yelled at everyone walking in, it sounds like you have to follow their order, follow every single word they told you, or they will kick you out or fight you. There are so many restaurants and stores out there, why I have to go this place? They are just be rude at you instead of thanking you for your business. Plus, it’s a mean and racist remark which will not be tolerated! Plz don’t go there and avoid at all costs!!!!

I love this place. Ordering from there i get whats needed, no issues. Communication is great if not available. The swapped choices are accurate. As an uber driver, i got to meet the lady who runs this business. And shes so nice and a true definition of entrepeneur. Her husband runs the restaurant all day and she runs this all night. It's sad to see people actively trying to ruin an honest business' reputation. And worse to see others follow "for the fun of it". Dont miss out on the great snacks!
