We went to La Strada for a family gathering and it was really nice. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had a menu a 5 course meal that was really good. The highlights for me were the calamari and the veal with marsala sauce. At the end the profiteroles were a nice little finish for the meal. As good as the food was I think the experience would not have been the same without the snagging service from the staff. They really added to the party. I would for sure recommend La Strada and I will absolutely be back.

Waiter was nice and they followed the Covid procedures. The food is so so. I ordered a medium rare steak frites, but my steak was medium well and hard to chew on. It's $45 for this plate... Very expensive but definitely not the best quality steak... What I was also not crazy about is how dirty the washroom is. It's always a turn off for a restaurant. Overall it just did not meet expectation... Won't be going back

Would give it a zero if there would be an option. The person in the kitchen is surely no Italian as the food was nothing like its advertised. The whole experience there was just awful. We went for a company dinner, were presented with the Table D'Hote menu only which was way overpriced for what we got. $50 Seafood linguini where there was nothing else on the plate than old pre-cooked pasta and four crab meat sticks that certainly were not even real crab meat. Nothing else!!! Also they had the windows open and no AC on or it didnt work - it was so hot and humid in that place. Just terrible. Will certainly not return.

I'm giving La Strada 5 stars for its excellent food, great portions, beautiful presentation, outstanding service and gorgeous atmosphere overlooking the lachine Canal. Also bring your own wine. Would definetly go again, and I highly recommend this restaurant. Great job to all the Staff at La Strada !

Best Italian restaurant in the city hands down. Awesome new menu and staff is very professional and kind. From kitchen to management, everything and everyone is impeccable which of course brings us to their outstanding meals. Whether it be their French fries or AAA steaks, everything is perfectly cooked and prepped beyond a 5 star restaurant's expectation. Of course, the unique view of Canal Lachine is breath taking so definitely reserve a table on their terrace or by the windows inside for the best experience!
