Lachine Arena Pizza & Bar-B-Q

Comemdern a medium pizza $35 and receive a small 4 slices and I am told that the chef has never made a small it is taking the world for cellars unfortunately I always ordered it and no longer now finished for me Aréna pizza

For some time now, we have been ordering our pizza from Aréna and each time, it is a treat: perfect crust, generously garnished, a delicious tomato sauce and delivered piping hot in no time. Keep it up, you’ve found the winning recipe!

I ordered 4 pieces fried chicken. The guy who took my order on the phone was stupid and expeditious. I ask how long for delivery, the guy's response, I don't know 45min-1h maybe more, we are very busy. I called back 5 minutes later to specify that I wanted dark meat. Response from the gentleman, we just have dark meat ma'am. I receive my order, 2 pieces of dark meat and 2 pieces of white meat. And they forgot about drinking. Terrible service. I will not order from this place again.

Just ordered pizza from this restaurant, and what a big disappointment for the $100 I spent. The pizza was very poorly made; filled with sauce juice, greasy and poor taste. Firstly, the delivery guy hands were dirty, their debit machine dirty. And you could see the dirty finger prints from the delivery on the box where he held the pizza. I give this restaurant 2 stars..

It is a great place to get a poutine. You can call ahead to pick up your order, and they thoughtfully place a cardboard under the poutine as it is very hot. I have always received excellent service, although there may be a bit of a wait if you do not order in advance. However, this is not a significant inconvenience.

Ordered the spaghetti carbonara.
About as bland as it gets. Tasted like buttered noodles.

Massive portion for a reasonable price. But not tasty at all . REALLY hope they are not italian :/

Ordered large "Arena Special" pizza, way too much pepperoni and bacon, also cheese too thick, AND practically no green peppers or onions, mushrooms from a can(?). I guess vegetables cost too much these days!!! Never going to order from here again. Dissapointed. I was hopping it was going to be really good, it use to be a few years ago. Also, pizzas are getting way too expensive here - 40$ for a large, + taxes, + tip for delivery, ... over 50$ for 1 delivered large 'Arena Special" pizza. Note to self and others: " Order elsewhere!!!"

So I ordered a burger and poutine and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. First of all the burger was time the bun was rock solid and burger was dry. The poutine was so salty I only could have a few bites. Not sure if the owner's have changed because it uses to be very delicious. Beyond disappointed ?

Don't trust the website - I live right up the street, and it took over an hour to get the delivery. Upon payment, I was charged for the items on my order, but I was short one item. When I called to report it, and to make sure I would be credited, I was told "sorry, I never entered that item on your order, even though the price you were billed matches." The excuse provided was that they no longer offered combos. Maybe, maybe not, but I won't be trusting the website, and I'll be keeping my receipt in the future.
