Tried it again because someone loves their poutine and couldn't go to the best fastfood restaurant near. DISGUSTING, CHEAP and overpriced. I'm now spreading the word everywhere I can. DO NOT ORDER FROM that place.

The meatball sub comes with ham in it ???? Why would you do that ! And the meat was bland and dry. Not good at all . The burgers were okay but the onions were cut extremely

The food is Amazing the chefs are amazing good portions but I would consider changing the staff of the delivery service bad customer attitude if you don’t tips enough you don’t get thank you just bad attitude the rest is amazing I Would recommend this

I was ordering chicken 1/2. For counter and take out. I'm waiting. Nobody, nor any customers. But I hear talking in the kitchens. 15 minutes before someone finally arrives, the waitress comes out of the kitchen. I order and ask how long it will take. “30 minutes” as a somewhat dry answer. OK, I decide to wait. 1 hour after nothing. I'm alone in the restaurant. I'm going to knock on the kitchen door. No answer... However, I hear noise from the kitchens. A few minutes later the waitress comes out. I'll ask him again when...? Soon... Soon when? 20 minutes. 20 minutes later nothing happened. I've been here for over 1:30 hours. And nothing. The waitress is still not there. 20 minutes later, I get up and leave. I get to the sidewalk and the waitress appears at the door and asks me, "where are you going! and to wait... it happens.. How long, I ask? 10 minutes, she says. No... it'll be more than 2 hours, I answer and leave. Bad experience.
I have been told that the food is excellent. I have never been able to verify and I will never know. I pass by it regularly. No desire to go back.

Very bad experience when ordering over the phone. The lady is arrogant and has no interest in providing adequate customer service. She has a curt tone and hurries us to give her our order so she can move on. Doesn't make me want to order from this place again...

The restaurant's dining room has been closed for over a year. The building seems abandoned. The orders are probably prepared elsewhere… I had the chicken skewer. Much too dry, the fries are really disgusting.

Depuis que le restaurant a changer de cusinier. Les commandes arrive incomplete ou changer. La semaine derniere jai commander un sous marin steak en champignon et on ma envoyer un sous marin pepperonnie et piment. Cette semaine je demande des tortellini sauce rose et je recois des spaghettie a la viande. Restaurant à éviter temps quil n'aurons pas changer de cuisinier.
The lady who answers the phone is very rude and robotic, makes you feel as if you are bothering her and makes you loose your appetite to eat or order again from them

Never again. Just never, ever again.Fries undercooked to the point that they were still frozen in the middle. No forks. No napkins. Every item is $2 higher than the website. The smoked meat came with no rye bread…so just a pile of smoked meat on a tin plate next to half frozen fries…$80 plus tip and was delivery….not impressed. Just never ordering from this place again. Not even ketchup! Not even mayo!?!? And I specifically asked for them. What did we get!?!? 2 packets of tarter sauce…wtf???

The menu changed lately. They used to have the best pizza around and last time i ordered, i think they may be using pre made dough because the crust was hard and dense like a frozen pizza crust.. will not be buying again. And its really sad. Soooo good to this..
