Literally Drench my poutine with sauce It was too much sauce I couldn’t handle it. I manually scoop out the sauce still couldn’t eat it (note i always get this order and i never wanted this much sauce)

Keep leaving out items and when I go back and ask them about it they refuse to give me missing items, just today they forgot order of chicken nuggets but gave me the sauce. Oh and apple pies are always burnt and they will give you caramel instead of apple “accidentally”

Waited for over an hour to pick up delivery. Still wasn't ready so I cancelled. If you can't figure this out, somebody else will. I encourage all unhappy drivers and recipients to leave a 1 star review, and to not make the same mistake twice.
Went here for 3 coffees And 2 apple pies. The manager Michelle was fantastic, she greeted me with a smile and took my order. She informed me that the apple pies were put in the oven just then and it would take roughly 6 minutes or I could have the caramel ones and get it right away. I said that because she was so pleasant I would wait. She was very humorous and took jokes quite well. As I was waiting another older manager gave my turnovers to another customer even though the cashier told her that they were part of my order. The other customer had just arrived and paid at the moment. As you will notice from my pictures, I think she kept my turnovers in the oven longer because she saw me wearing an STM jacket. I also think it was because I was very friendly with the other manager. The only reason I gave a 3 star was because Michelle was friendly, humorous and polite. When I told her what happened she smiled apologized and said it probably was because of my jacket and that she didn’t like the STM.

You have to wait no smile very rude and they always mix up your order the the hamburgers are dried the meat is too thin and they're not hot the coffee and sometimes cold not hot not all imagine you have to pay for extra sauce and for a little package you ask a lot of money for
