J'ai téléphoné la semaine dernière pour des pièces de BBQ pour mon vieux modèle Grill Chef de SRPotten. Le message indiquait de faire parvenir un courriel et j'ai reçu les infos la même journée! Les pièces exactes sont arrivées aujourd'hui, tout est parfait! Bien content de pouvoir encore recevoir des pièces de rechange pour mon BBQ!

last year these guys helped my right away with grill parts . this year no one answers phone. with next to no web presence this sux!! i cant even email them. you guys need a web page.

This place is the one I always prefer. I visit a lot of restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very chummy and the food they place on your table is so yummy. I would always prefer to have a decent dinner here. Highly recommended.

Hats off to SR Potten in general for having a variety of parts that I needed for an 8 year old Patio Range BBQ.And Mike in the service Dept in particular who provided great service for me in getting an extensive list of parts that I needed to pretty muchrebuild my Stainless Steel barbi.The Stainless Steel exterior of my unit is in perfect condition not a markon it ,and now with all of my new parts I will completely recondition the burners and all the interior parts including ignitor for a very very fairprice.Thanks Again Mike much appreciated.Lloyd SmithToronto

our Patio Chef SS54 is now 14 years old and going strong. We have had excellent service whenever we have needed to purchase replacement parts (grids, flame tamers, burners, thermometer, all supplied promptly). We could not be more pleased with the BBQ and SR Potten

Products do not stand the test of time. My bbq slightly over 2 years old and is rusting underneath, yet has all been sheltered from rain or snow. Warranty is one year, how convenient.
