Placed an order a month ago, but unfortunately I was not there to receive it due to an emergency. Driver called to inform me he was at my place, and I asked him to reschedule the delivery for another day. Have not received my order yet. Called Pret a Table multiple times to know the status of my delivery, no body answered. I got through to Sales once and the lady said my information was going to be passed to the Delivery department for follow up. It's been 3 weeks and no follow up yet. Still no sign of my package, which is very disappointing as I was really looking forward to the box.
