Cost $15+ for a poutine that cant even feed 3 people. The poutine itself is not even good,It also took about 20 minutes to wait even when at the restaurant. Do not recommend.

This is your typical kebab place around the corner. What stands out is the bread, which is as good as home made. Alas, go for a roll with your preferred filling of choice.

Living in Lachine for 7 years I’d always only order trans Canada for pizza but over the last year I feel they changed something about how they make it so I tried toro for once a month ago and it was awesome. The crust is still not as good at trans Canada but the pizza on a whole was really good and the pepperoni was unique. Smaller round pieces but lots of them. My new pizza delivery spot forsure now

Toto has been around forever! This is not a fine establishment...just your local neighborhood greasy spoon. The restaurant had changed hands over the past few years and there has been a lot of improvement..new management and changes to the menu. They have great food for great value. I love their rotisserie chicken dinner! A quarter chicken with white meat, fries (they have great double blanched fries)and coleslaw with bread is 9.99! Its absolutely delicious and for the price! It cannot be beat! Chicken fingers? Again...AWESOME! 4 big real breaded chicken filets with those yummy fries. So big you can call them cutlets! I love them. Its so hard to find good chicken fingers at a restaurant these days and these a very good. Deluxe Burger? Fantastic! Fish & Chips? Great! Baked pastas? Surprisingly good and large portions. Breakfast...well, there could be some improvement. The prices have increased and they dont give you the value expected for the increase. Its good but better when in was 3 dollars less. A little too expensive for the neighborhood. The pizza is hit and miss depending on who is working. Its hard to get good pizza in Montreal. They have a tendency to have soggy centers, put too many topping , the wrong kind or too much cheese and its never cooked enough. The pizzas are huge and good value, though if that is what you're looking for. I àm really picky about pizza and have high expectations. Toppings under the cheese gross me out, especially pepperoni, green peppers and onions because they taste boiled rather than crisped and cooked properly if they were on top of the cheese... but that is what the locals here like. They dont know what good pizza is...lol. But if they're not too busy and we ask for well done and toppings on top at dine in you'll get a decent pie. Subs...far too dense. They're big and HEAVY! I swear to GOD that one of them weighted 3 pounds! But if quantity is more important than an overall good sub this is for you. One of my favorite things about this place is that they have wait staff that have been around forever. Not sure if 2 of them are related to each other but they kind of look alike. They always greet us with a smile and their service is great no matter how busy they are. Those 2 ladies are rock stars! Please remember as I said this is not a trendy new restaurant or fine dinning. Its a family style restaurant. However, I rate is 4.5 out 5 for the type establishment it is in its class. Its our go to when we have no other plan and dont want to spend a fortune on a meal,,,but we are always really happy with our meals. The only thing that I dont like about this place is that its needs a really good cleaning and some upgrading. The bathrooms are yucky and their tiles need a very good scrub or replacing. They're tired looking. Otherwise Toto, we hope you live forever.
