Living in Lachine for 7 years I’d always only order trans Canada for pizza but over the last year I feel they changed something about how they make it so I tried toro for once a month ago and it was awesome. The crust is still not as good at trans Canada but the pizza on a whole was really good and the pepperoni was unique. Smaller round pieces but lots of them. My new pizza delivery spot forsure now

Toto has been around forever! This is not a fine establishment...just your local neighborhood greasy spoon. The restaurant had changed hands over the past few years and there has been a lot of improvement..new management and changes to the menu. They have great food for great value. I love their rotisserie chicken dinner! A quarter chicken with white meat, fries (they have great double blanched fries)and coleslaw with bread is 9.99! Its absolutely delicious and for the price!...
