😁 Service courtois et bon goût

I was attacked by the owner and another waitress just because I asked if me and my friends could have the menus when we entered (this was interpreted as imposing and aggressive behavior) and because I asked why I was charged extra for the salad (I am a waitress myself and usually even if this information is written in the menu, logically, we communicate it to the customer to avoid surprises). The owner insulted me in every way imaginable. I'm aware that some people aren't in the best mood every day, but it's a shame because the food was very good.

Terrible online service. Avoid at all costs.
Owner is obtuse and insulting. Actually swore at me, lied about her service and yelled. Does not take any accountability for her behaviour and also insulted one of her cooks in front of me.
There are many great restaurants in Montreal. This is not one of them.

I recently ordered a meal from this restaurant by contacting them directly. I was very specific when ordering: chicken skewers, tzatziki and a mix of Greek and house salads, while explicitly asking to remove the rice and potatoes to respect my low-carb dietary preferences.
Arriving home, ready to enjoy a good meal after braving the cold to pick up my order, what a disappointment: no tzatziki, even though I had taken care to ask for it several times and even validate it on the spot . Added to this is another error: instead of the requested mix, I only received a house salad.
I called the restaurant to express my disappointment. I was told that it was a misunderstanding and that tzatziki was considered an “extra”. This response left me perplexed, because I had been very clear in my order. Misunderstanding involves two people right? What can I do next time besides saying I want tzasiki repeatedly? Still, I accepted their offer to come back for the tzatziki, although it was unpleasant to have to get dressed again and go out in the cold to correct a mistake that wasn't mine.
When I arrived at the restaurant, no apology was offered to me. I was simply given a small container of tzatziki, clearly insufficient to accompany my two skewers, telling me that, next time, I would have to pay $1.50 for this addition. This remark, in a context where it was they who had made the mistake, seemed totally inappropriate and disrespectful to me.

In the end, this experience left me with a bitter taste. I understand that mistakes happen, but the handling of this situation, the complete lack of apology and accountability turned what could have been a pleasant experience into a frustrating and unpleasant time. I don't plan to come back.

solid honestly, came here after fishing at the lachine canal and was a little disappointed by the soap in their bathroom. all good tho food was super duper, we're not rating soap over here

Food was not good, meat was tough, spanakopita was all pastry and not cooked and they forgot my salad.

Used to be a decent spot when it opened a few years back but now they are skimping on ingredients.
Ordered a chicken pita . It was dryer then the Sahara desert. Barely a scoop of a tzatiki. Like cmon, how cheap can you get ? ?

The lady in front was extremely friendly and hospitable.

Wow! unbeatable price quality. I came across it by pure chance because I was working in the Lachine sector today. lunch special… big plate of fries, salad, pork gyro and a good coffee and a smile from the manager for only $16, incredible price these days! freshness and flavor to be had! Congratulations to the whole team and the owner! I’m definitely going to try the one in Boisbriand! What a great discovery!
