Absolutely shameful. Tim Hortons, one of the most richest and popular coffee places in all of Canada if not the most, serving expired drinks. This morning i ordered a Moka Ice Cap, i drank a sip, and threw it instantly in the garbage. Since when does iced moka coffee taste like lemon, cheese, etc? Do better.

Tables were dirty, food was messed up a few times and had to reorder, barely any donuts, received a hot chocolate instead of coffee (to someone with a dairy allergy and we told them almond milk because of the allergy) also does not offer refunds on out of stock items we ordered from the machine.

We are visiting Montreal from our new home in Costa Rica, and we were looking forward to enjoying our familiar coffee and donuts. This location was probably the worst one we have ever visited. The restaurant was dirty, all the tables full of crumbs. I asked for someone to clean the tables but nobody did that. The washrooms were filthy. The service was poor. This location needs some help to return to the high standards of Tim Hortons

order tim matin on a biscuit and the person taking my order even confirmed it and when i got home it was english muffin. I also got it in a trio and when i opened the bag, there was no hash brown. seriously i was the only customer in there how can u continuously mess up… management needs to do something about this or show them the door…

Worst Tim Hortons ! Asked for a candy cane hot chocolate and they gave me a regular hot chocolate with whip cream and random crushed candy. Plus I asked for a Bailey’s donut and they gave me a Boston cream with the chocolate shaving on top. Like seriously??? From all the horrors I read here I see that even the head office of Tim Hortons can’t keep up with these review. What in the world are you waiting to bare these clowns from owning a franchise?!! They seem to take pleasure in messing up every single order from every single person. Shame on you for letting this happen.

Commandé un beigne au nutella ... ont se fait servire un beigne sans nutella dessu... on en informe l employer et meme si mon fils l avait taponner et on y voyait clairement ces doigts elle le remet dans le comptoire et nous en donne un autre... il commence a le manger et y trouve un long cheveux noir dedans... franchement degeux allez pas la... 😑
