I order from here all the time with no issues ever today for some reason I ordered 3 bagels for me my partner and my son the bagels get here burnt with bacon on them no cream cheese no nothing I DID NOT ORDER THIS not to mention my coffee tasted horrible! Get better people working the sandwich bar unbelievable wasted money down the drain thanks tim hortons

I placed an order for a Farmer’s Wrap (sausage and bacon), a hot chocolate with almond milk, and a double chocolate donut. Unfortunately, the order was not correct the wrap was made incorrectly, and the donut was missing altogether.
That being said, I would like to recognize the manager who answered my call afterward. He handled the situation professionally, and I truly appreciated his leadership in addressing my concern.

Nights after nights geothermal worst service ever. This men that work night shift is the worst service you can get. So rude can wait in the windows 15 minutes before he appears even do I knock in the drive throught window and the bigger windows in the front he's no where. If if you dare say anything about it he gets crazy yelling like crazy yelling at me close the windows on me and threate with 911 and when I say yelling 911 like a maniac.
