I ordered two teas, but they only brought one at first and insisted I’d only ordered one. Fine, whatever—I placed a second order and waited in the drive-thru again. When I finally got to the window to pay, they told me to park “right next to the door.” I parked, waited nearly 10 minutes, and nobody showed up. So I went inside. Three people were ahead of me. Eventually, they handed over the order—the tea that had been sitting for 10 minutes and was now stone-cold. I waited another 20 minutes just to sort it out. When I asked for a refund, I waited again (and wrote this whole review in the meantime). They couldn’t figure out how I’d paid—even though I told them: one orange pekoe tea, one regular pekoe, and a potato veggie thing. Still, blank stares. They dragged out a stack of receipts like it was an FBI investigation. I respect the employees, but the manager? Zero guts to face a customer. After 40 minutes of this circus, they finally refunded me. I live nearby and was planning to grab tea here every morning. Guess I’ll stick with Green Lady instead. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk. ☕

I was a regular client and I just received the worse service you can get I wanted a steak supreme and I don’t like the pepper sauce therefore asked for chipotle as it’s my favorites The Asian woman said to me very dry We can’t change the sauce You have to take the sandwich as is Not even I am sorry we can’t Just we don’t do that I am (no was ) a regular client of Tim Horton You can be sure I WILL NOT spend another penny at that location perhaps all This branch always offers bad service anyway I put one star as there are NO zero

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Tim Hortons. I ordered vegetarian rap was served cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I expect fresh, warm food, especially when I’m paying full price. Unfortunately, the quality just wasn’t there this time. Hopefully, management can address this issue because customers deserve better.
