I was very disappointed with my experience at my neighborhood Tim Hortons. Employees seem nonchalant and often have difficulty communicating in French or English. This makes the service complex and it is very difficult to receive a correct order.
Unfortunately, I notice a lack of rigor that Tim Hortons was once famous for. The quality of service has declined considerably, and this is reflected in the attitude of the staff and the general management of the establishment. It would be desirable if efforts were made to improve these essential points.
