I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Tim Hortons. I ordered vegetarian rap was served cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I expect fresh, warm food, especially when I’m paying full price. Unfortunately, the quality just wasn’t there this time. Hopefully, management can address this issue because customers deserve better.

Ordered a BLT on the app. Had to wait some time in the store to receive. They clearly prioritize drive thru versus other orders. Came home and saw that my BLT had no bacon. This sandwich has 3 ingredients and they screwed it up. One of the worst Tim's locations. Not the first time I had issues with orders.
