Stopped by on the way back to Ottawa. Ate inside. Was served quickly and food was fresh. Prices were reasonable (we had the fish sandwich and a poutine). The washroom was clean. What more could you ask from a fast food joint on the side of the highway?

The person at the counter told us No more onion rings. Mind you the person at the counter was completely lost. Not even sure if he was aware that he was supposed to be working. So instead of the onion rings we took the fries which were totally disgusting. Went straight to the garbage. Going back to the onion rings, this is actually the first time I hear of no more onion rings at A&W. Have you ever heard of McDonald's running out of fries???

Apparently they don’t serve Beyond Meat burgers anymore as the last two times I’ve gone in, they didn’t have any. I’m not I understand why they bother to put it on the menu

Was very good they have the best burger but the did not fulfill correctly my daughter's order. She asked to have her chicken burger with no tomatoes and no sauce and they did not do it. Otherwise everything else was ok in the rest of my son and in my order.

Something is always missing from the order and it's impossible to call because they don't take any calls. Very disappointing when you arrive home and you are missing either the fries or the turnover or the dip, even though you pay for it. From now on I will have to check before leaving even if it delays customers....
