Was very good they have the best burger but the did not fulfill correctly my daughter's order. She asked to have her chicken burger with no tomatoes and no sauce and they did not do it. Otherwise everything else was ok in the rest of my son and in my order.

The employee was very courteous but the onion rings were overcooked, as most reviews attest.
On the other hand, the two bathrooms had clearly not been maintained for days. The toilets were dirty, the hand dryer had very obvious mold.
They messed up our order and wouldn't fix it. They burnt my onion rings and said that that's how they are supposed to look and the wouldn't remake them. I asked for a teen with no tomatoes and still got tomatoes. My mom asked for no cheese and there was cheese. Do not recommend

I love A&W, their burgers are delicious, the glass refrigerates for a super cold drink. The employee who took our order was very kind. I will stop there on my next trip.
