Si les produits sont corrects, l accueil client est moyen. Pas de réponse au "bonjour" et si on demande le petit nom de l employée pour la prochaine fois (cela fait 3 visites qu elle me sert), et j apporte 3 autres nouveaux clients...la réponse est : pourquoi ? .....wow, c'est surement trés confidentiel 😂🤣
A little expensive but such a yummy place that hasn’t disappointed. The atmosphere here also completes the place making it even better. Sitting outside on the rocking chairs on a hot summer’s day with your ice-cream and good company makes life seem perfect. Definitely recommend!
Great ice cream shop! They have a lot of ice cream choices, gelato, sorbet & everything in between.
They also have a coffee section. I haven't tried it yet, but I did buy great coffee beans for my espresso machine at home.
Note: They only accept debit or cash, no credit card.
The coffee was very good! There are many ice cream and gelato flavors to choose from from. Nice place to enjoy a visit with a friend. It would be nice to find more snack options like a good cookie or muffin.
My first time here. Wow! So much selection! Everything we had was great. Friendly staff. The only issue you may have is trying to pick something! :)

A little tick too expensive!
We were there on September 20, 2024 in the late afternoon. Two medium cones including a twist for me and a vanilla with dipping for my wife. $14.20 total with taxes which is too expensive for what we had. The average size of the cones is small compared to several other creameries. We savored it all on the outdoor terrace. We offer you three photos including that of the cash receipt.

The best place to have ice cream or gelato in Lachute. They have lots of flavours. The place is very cozy, particularly the outside patio with swinging tables. Their coffee is very good, too. Prices are fair. They do not take credit cards.
