We waited at least 45 minutes to get our meal! We were a group of 5 adults and 1 teen. Simple orders!! But it took forever why?! Our friends got their meal first and we got ours last and everyone were already done eating! It was our first visit in a Benny and last!! St Hubert has always been my favorite and I understand why ! Only reason we went to that restaurant franchise is because that was my friend son wanted to eat there. Disapointed! First and last visit.

The food is fresh and well prepared. The best part is how superbly the meals are wrapped and presented. They are absolutely perfect for enjoying in the car during a road trip. Don’t forget to ask for your condiments. We were surprised to find out that alcohol is available.

Already the waiting time at the car service was long. What was my surprise to discover that the portions of poutine sauces were rationed. I had a family poutine and my wife had a small one and were treated to the same quantity of sauces (perfect for the small one but very little for the family one. I confirm that it was very dry.)
Very disappointed with our visit for a medium benny poutine at $18 very little fries, sauce and cheese and the same thing for a chicken Caesar salad little dressing not much parmesan cheese but lots of croutons ?♀️. Last time for me at this benny

They no longer serve coleslaw automatically you have to ask. I was told that it was to avoid waste.... ? Are you going to serve me just half the fries to avoid waste too? I PAID FOR THIS GIVE ME WHAT I PAY FOR! If I want to waste it's my right you don't have to decide for me! If at least you asked us if we want it or not it would be more ecological if you want to do something against waste!!!

Excellent service from the two employees who worked at the counter on Tuesday July 30 for dinner. A young girl and a young man.
The young girl was being yelled at by a Mr. For X reason. She kept calm and was empathetic, but the Mr didn't want to understand anything.
She continued to serve other customers as if nothing had happened. Hats off to you lady, I am 35 years old and 22 years of customer service. I hope your manager sees my review because I'm not finished.
My mother suffers from fibromyalgia (she was shaking a lot that day) and I suffer from arthritis, a bad ankle so I have to use a cane to walk in addition to having my certified assistance dog who was with us. The 2 managers at the cash register helped us bring our trays in addition to the condiments that I had picked up.
Congratulations to this establishment that we visited for the first time. The food (rep chicken wings and thai chicken poutine) were excellent.
