In my head, it's a ghost bakery. After liking it once a few years ago, every time I've passed by since, it's always closed (and it wasn't even Friday that it's apparently still closed). It's almost funny LOL
Edit: your answer is very passive aggressive. What does this have to do with not using AI to think? I don't know your personal circumstances, I am a client who always arrives at closed doors. This is bad management of the company unfortunately.

Great fresh bread. We had to wait in line for about 20 min but we enjoyed chatting with the people in front of us. Great selection of breads. I had the chocolate raspberry bread, the round country breads, and the cinnamon bun…all very good.

Too many temptations! I make a 50 km detour to pick up baguettes, croissants, croissants aux amandes, and their delicious tarts and/or pies. Anne, Jean-Pierre and their lovely employee are always charming and friendly. Also, for olive fans: the stuffed olives are yummy!
