Half of my breakfast wrap was only bread and sauce. I gagged. The actual ingredients only started at the bottom and by then the sauce was gone. did they fold my wrap the wrong direction or something what happened

Several errors in my order, one of which was quite serious because I ordered a Mc Chicken trio and they put Habanero sauce in it, it's super spicy for someone like me who has Crohn's disease. Since then I asked for a bottle of water as a drink and was given water in a glass with ice 🤮. I noticed it when I got home 24 km away. It's really time that McDonald's standards are respected again and that employees check their orders properly.
