Went to the drive thru they were ignorant didn't give the full order food was a mess & cold had to go back in to get my order filled they need to get new employees in there because the ones they have is the worse this services was yesterday around 6 pm this has been happening a lot at this same location if things don't change I'm contacting head office

So many mistakes on orders. Missing ingredients, wrong items.. can't even make a coffee properly when it clearly says what goes inside it on the ticket stuck to the coffee cup. It is really not that hard to work at McDonald's.

Half of my breakfast wrap was only bread and sauce. I gagged. The actual ingredients only started at the bottom and by then the sauce was gone. did they fold my wrap the wrong direction or something what happened
