The delivery man had the strange idea of going to the back of the block instead of going through the front door. He was afraid of the neighbor's dog and ruined my pizzas by dropping them upside down, on the ground, soaked in water and he still wanted to make me pay for them (which I refused). The restaurant manager (on the phone) threatened the neighbor to call the police wanting to force him to pay for the order. It's not up to the neighbor to pay, nor me, even though it's 100% the fault of the delivery person who did his job poorly. I used to order here, but never again after that.
Edit: Because it's not my dog, but the neighbor's where the delivery man had no reason to go and he wasn't even touched by the dog anymore. You have to know how to take responsibility for your bad employees instead of finding false excuses...

We were overcharged by more than $5 per meal for a total of $10 for two, the prices displayed do not match please be careful and the same thing for Dan Pizza from Brownsburg the owner invoices via CC from Dan from Bank Street, and we are 6km from the Stars restaurant. The boss didn't even want to discuss it. I read a message from Steeve Roy in the reviews yesterday, the same thing happened to us. I don't usually post, but after experiencing the same thing. I never do reviews, but this time I have no choice looking at the fake good reviews that are on this page I want people to know the truth. There was a hair on my pizza, but they refused to refund us and claimed it was bacon bits. The restaurant smelled of cigarettes and there were lots of flies. The cook doesn't know what he's doing, the pizza is really not good, the cheese is almost solid. Worst experience don't go there if you don't want to have a stomach ache like us. I paid to be polite, but this is the last time I go back. The tips were not even cut well. I ordered a jumbo (12 tips) I was given 8 very poorly cut tips. Sauce was very bad.
