Disservice. Slow and with errors in the order. When pointed out, the cashier initially refused to correct the order, in addition to speaking to us disrespectfully. We had to insist for a long time to get what we wanted.

Not thrilled with our local TH. Although I’ve enjoyed it in other locations more. The point system is a waste of time. It’s impossible to figure out. I have enough points for 5 lunches but there is always a reason you can’t use it…
You need to book it 30 min in advance.
You need to pre-select type of food or drink ahead of time. Then orders are mixed up. Missing stuff or given stuff you didn’t order. Points expire before you figure out how to use them. I give up.
