Incredibly slow service in restaurant. Order was already marked as fulfilled to meet their KPI's, so they had to ask me back and forth at the pick-up point. 4 young girls moving slow and working on a long drive-through queue while only 3 tables in the restaurant were taken. It took nearly 20 minutes from payment to pickup of my order (with 4 coffees), while several cars were processed outside. This is inacceptable.

Air conditioning is 2 degrees C to high! Walked in and froze like a popsicle.
This Tim Hortons MUST implement the number system from McDonald's, the computers already have the numbering system, but the workers don't use it as reference and there's no monitor to show which numbers have been served.

I was on a road trip with my husband, and we stopped here so I could get a coffee. I drink 1 coffee a day, and it's normally Tim Hortons. This was absolutely the worst coffee I have EVER had. I had 2 sips and thought it really had no flavor. I had extra sugar in my car. I added a sugar, and it made no difference. I literally threw away the coffee at the next gas station. I have never been so disappointed in coffee before. Tasted like colored water
