Not thrilled with our local TH. Although I’ve enjoyed it in other locations more. The point system is a waste of time. It’s impossible to figure out. I have enough points for 5 lunches but there is always a reason you can’t use it…
You need to book it 30 min in advance.
You need to pre-select type of food or drink ahead of time. Then orders are mixed up. Missing stuff or given stuff you didn’t order. Points expire before you figure out how to use them....

Food is fine, clean and all except the service on the weekends is extremely slow, spent 20ish minutes only waiting to be asked my order to then one of the workers making an order for herself infront of me and leaving. Had to then again wait once it was passed to get my things, needs to get employees to organize themselves better outback 😔
This Tim Hortons MUST implement the number system from McDonald's, the computers already have the numbering system, but the workers don't use it as reference and there's no monitor to show which numbers have been served.
