I went there at 5:05 a.m. and the restaurant was still closed, opening time was 5 a.m. So I went to McDonald's for my lunch. Change the opening hours so that customers don't come to the restaurant for nothing please, thank you

Only customer inside, 1 customer ordering at the drive-thru, 4 employees, zero service, employees work with their cell phones in hand. The owner loses money paying zombies.

Wrap has increased in price yet decreased in size! When enquiring about paying through the application, i was told that she didn't know how and I should pay with the other types of payments. She turned around to talk to an employee rather than serve me. The wait for the sandwiches was short, but long for a frozen cappuccino. Many were waiting the the frozen drink. On the security side, the right door is locked and one must pull hard on the left door as the handicap button does not work. We had to help an elder as she was struggling to open the door. This is lacking greatly on security!!

More than pitiful service. Big line and with all the array of employees on the floor, no one is going to open the other cash register. Worse still, the staff makes the first in line wait for several minutes without taking their order, which is surely the worst thing to do. Passing the mope can wait when there is a big line up.
In short, big problem with the organization of staff on the floor, it's nonsense.
