The frozen meals are very good, I love the ribs.
I was lucky enough to choose Alain Cousineau to cook my wedding meal this summer.
We ate the Beef Méchoui with slow cooking on a spit. Cooked for several hours!!!
The meat melted in your mouth, it was a spectacularly good meal! Like in a great restaurant.
The service was courteous and discreet, Jonathan the owner set the bar very high for this type of service in the Laurentians.
