Nous avons honnêtement jamais reçu un aussi mauvais service de toute notre vie. Nous étions 6 personnes à avoir commander des repas. 4 d’entre nous avons reçu nos repas et les deux autres les ont reçu une heure après sans exagération. Non mais sérieux quel restaurant fait ça?? Un de ces deux repas là était une lasagne et l’autre un sous marin sans salade et sans tomate. Il y avait bien entendu de la salade est des tomates. Ce qui est encore plus dommage c’est que la serveuse n’a même pas été foutu de s’excuser. Elle a simplement dit: « ici c’est comme ça » ensuite le second repas (la lasagne) avait littéralement 2 pâtes à lasagne dedans.. c’était vraiment désagréable comme souper.. autant le service que la nourriture…

We waited 50 minutes for 2 club sandwiches (restaurant not that full, only about half full). I asked for mine without tomato, so I was offered with cheese (which I accepted).No service during waiting time. I had to wave for some rolls while waiting (because it was getting really long).Finally our plates arrive. I got my cheese on the side on a small plate, which I obviously returned (only the cheese, I kept my club, tse after 50 minutes of waiting). I don't see how I could have put my slice of cheese in my club sandwich that was already cut into pieces.During the entire time, no water refills, no one asked if everything was to our liking etc.I'm giving 2 stars (and not just 1) because despite everything, the food was good. Texas burger & fries were excellant. Our waitress was outstanding. Attentive, but in no way obtrusive. I drove up from Lake George to meet with some friends from Montreal. This restaurant was perfect. We reminiced for 2.5 hrs and enjoyed a lovely lunch.
