Always worth the 25 minutes drive. Great beer options and always served with a frosted mug. Never had anything other then wings and poutine but the wings are definitely a must. Always great service and hospitality. Do yourself a favour and always call to reserve a table.

Parking: It's not used as a hotel; just a local pub & restaurant. There is a family section and a bar section. Smoking is not allowed. Beer mugs are frozen before being filled with your choice of beer

The Ladysmith hotel is the best place to get wings and probably the best place in the area for food in general. Always a staple of the trip up to the cottage is stopping for wings and beer here. The employees are always friendly and great to chat with and the establishment has great vibes.

Best wings I've ever had are here, they say they bread them daily and it certainly tastes like it. They're also much more affordable than in the city, with a bigger portion. They also have some other cheap menu items like a pretty decent burger for 5$.
Service is also always good, it's usually the same server every time we go and she provides the same level of service each time. Consistency here is great and it's worth taking a trip out every now and again.
