Went to this place and was very disappointed, have been to other Boustan locations a few times and was expecting the same but I was wrong.First the service was very bad the girl serving was rude and didn’t care much about hygiene using the same gloves for everything.The food seemed not fresh and you have to pay extra for basic salad other than cabbage and beet root.The put everything in the same plate including the pita bread and it just looks like a mess.Will not be going there again.

I used to be there twice a week. I’d always get the chicken plate and loved it. Good portions and good amount of sauce. Then they got weird with the bowls, reduced the portions, mix everything together…not the same. Expensive and small quantities is the opposite of what Boustan used to me. I’m sad that I lost the Boustan I used to love.
The food is always great at this place. However the customer service is terrible. I drove there to order and pick up. The guy messes up the order twice, and then forgets to put the potatoes in the bag. I had to drive home and all the way back to the restaurant to complain and the only thing they did is give me a large potato. I would expect a free meal next time.

I hate the bowls. What happened to a regular pita plate??? I don’t want all my food mixed together, this isn’t a poke bowl. I never eat here anymore specifically because I always ordered the chicken pita plate and can’t anymore. Oh well
