The drink is mid but the customer service was not good. I don’t not recommend buying boba from that place. There’s BETTER boba places than chatime.

The prices are cheap compared to other bubble tea places around the area and the customer service is very good. The flavours are okay but its worth it imo. They also have games for you to play.

My tarro tea was absolutely discussing! I have had the same type of tea at other restaurants but never at this franchise. The tea had a weird pulp texture and it didn't even taste of tarro. Very disappointed ?
Okay I’m changing my review. I figured out I just have to add extra sirup for more flavour which is not supposed to . Overall I love the Honeydew!I just don’t get it like I ask for 50% ice I end up getting tiny ice all the time

My sister LOVES this place. She’s obsessed with their Grapefruit boba with green tea (reg). I bought one for her and then another for myself after taking a sip. I got full so she drank mine too, but only a bit so we gave the rest to my other sister who drank it all up in just a few minutes. Now they’re both obsessed with it. Keep in mind the mall was closing when my sister and I got there, and in the timeframe we were there, that would mean we got our drinks in just a few seconds.
