Never followed my instructions when I ordered the pizza had barely any toppings and I paid almost 40$ for 2 mediums asked for extra sauce and never gave I wasn't very happy with what I got I've had much better and they need to do

The woman working at the wo cashier position is really nice, she gives out free food and is a great person overall. The food is very good and cheap compared to the restaurant next to it (buffalo bill) Definitely coming back.

I don't recommend it, the pizza was very bad, it tasted weird, I couldn't eat it, I also ordered it through an app and the delivery was canceled twice because I arrived to pick up the order and it wasn't ready.

orderd 40 peace chicken wings 2 fries 2 sauce and 2 salades ... they gave me the chicken wings and fries .... no sauce no salad and when i came back to ask about sauce n salad they were like (ohhh did u actually want it??? ) no napkins ...no dipping sauce ....first n last time thank

The Double Pizza service in Lasalle, QC has truly downgraded over the years. It’s unfortunately not quality ingredients and staff anymore.1. The cash hasn’t worked in the last 3 weeks and the clerk/store manager doesn’t know how much to charger per pizzas.2. In one of our orders, we had specified that we wanted a vegetarian pizza with pineapples. The pizza had pepperoni!!! How does a vegetarian pizza have pepperoni??? I called their customer service and spoke to their manager Abdallah and all he could do for me was give me $5 for credit due to the shop’s mistake. They finally agreed to do an exchange for free but they still wanted to charge me delivery fees and tip the driver.3. The store manager has a bad habit of treating customers badly by throwing tantrums and throwing the ketchup sauces from the counter to the floor. This behaviour is unacceptable for any customer service environment.I have been a customer for over a decade and this truly upset me and my vegetarian employees. I will no longer be purchasing from this franchise again.Vegetarian options: Please don’t purchase vegetarian options at this franchise, they will put pepperoni on your order and will only give you a $5 credit for it.

It's exactly what you would expect. Cheap and fast! The poutine was not curd cheese but shredded mozzarella.Would I order jt again ?

Ordered a carry out special, found out when I walked home that the pizza was regular crustI call and make a polite complaint ti get this corrected.I'm told I can walk back in the cold and exchange it or j can get a credit.I opt for the credit.They tell me I can have a 5$ credit because it was just the crust.I explain I'm a chef,and I work a wood fire oven. I just wanted a pizza I did not have to make. But the crust is the whole point of the pizza otherwise it's just Toppings.They might have well have given me a sub by that logicThey then leave me on hold to talk to a manager,but befor hand the guy tips me off to say when he does they pick up when they want. And I'm left with the phone kn indefinitely.So if they mess up your order, be ready for a rude response and no real corrected response.

I ordered from Skipthedishes, unfortunately… they forgot some items but the food is amazing!!! Definitely the best pizza place in LaSalle. They really do deserve more stars. I will definitely order again. ( I had diarrhea after eating the poutine but it won’t stop me to gave them another chance.) Keep it up guys :)
