Disappointed!!
I had a very disappointing experience at the Harvey’s on Lasalle. I pulled into the drive-through, was greeted and asked for my order, but after that, no one responded. I waited for a minute and decided to drive up to the pickup window.
At the window, an employee asked me to wait for “2 seconds.” I waited patiently, but then she asked me to go back to the drive-through. I complied, only to be greeted again, and once again, no one responded.
After all this back-and-forth, I gave up and left. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating. I expect better from a brand like Harvey’s.
