horrible Italian poutine it has a burnt after taste of old Italian sauce & I ordered extra cheese that I didn't get at all will never order there again it was so bad I took 2 bites and threw it in the trash I tried to call to inform them and ask where is my extra cheese there is no one answering the phone. worse poutine I ever ate in my life.

Excellent poutine made from fresh cut potatoes, and not from frozen packaging, which is hard to find anywhere else in Montréal. The customer service was amazing and my order was made pretty fast.

The tacky run down decor and mediocre service don't do this place any favors. The food, judging by other reviews is hit or miss.
Just recently I wanted a Labelle deluxe hamburger. The guy working there wasn't familiar with the menu (not surprising considering that one ex-employee said that he was paid $10.00 an hour in cash under the table, so I'm guessing that there's high employee turnover) and wanted to charge me for a regular hamburger with Labelle deluxe poutine toppings. Just order the double cheeseburger with extra bacon and he'll get it.

I ordered 2 hotdogs a poutine and took 2 can drinks from the fridge Fridge didn’t work drinks were room temperature hotdog bun was cold I took a bite of the hot dog it was pink inside took off the coleslaw the hotdog was discoloured the poutine was small had more sauce than fries and cheese. I told all 3 staff about the fridge which they thought was ok🙄 I told chef about the food He said ok ok you want another I said no get fresh food. The other 2 staff members one older asked me again if I want another I said absolutely not. Totally gross. Would not recommend at all and only wish I took a picture 😭

Accidently ordered from here instead of the one on Newman. Hotdog bread was stale and hard, the hotdog itself was almost green. Poutine didint use cheese curds and was TINY.
Absolutely disgusting food threw it all out, nowhere near the same level of quality as other ones. It shouldnt even share the same name

Don’t get tricked by this terrible store that offers “2 for 1” deals but then doubles the price of 1. So you don’t save anything…. Glad they have the terrible reviews they deserve

It's really leveling to the bottom when the restaurant employee is unilingual English-speaking, French-phobic and especially when he is as friendly as he is charming...
At the same time, it fits well in its work environment: we wonder which one is the stupid employee or the restaurant premises was cleaned last... In both cases we can estimate with a fairly good level of confidence that it was not in 2025 and above all that it is starting to be quite necessary.
