Lady gave me almost nothing. I litterally asked for two scoops and its the size of 1 scoop. I wasted like 10$ dollars for that. I took 3 bites and i was already at the cone. I even mentioned it was small and she didint fix it. Not worth it, can get a mcdonald Trio for 13$ ?? this place is way to expensive. Im actually mad.
It was my second time there, i asked for the same thing and she gave me nothing compared to what i got last time. Im never coming back

We waited 30min for ice cream. Steer clear of this dump

Bad service extremely slow, waited 15 mins for the employee to inform us that the soft ice cream machine was closed.

Overpriced for the coupe glace ice cream. Got a medium seemed like a small. Didn’t look anything like the picture. Barely any chocolate. Disappointed, last time to buy from there. Should have gotten a bubble tea instead.

I just stopped by to get an ice cream sundae that I'm used to having, but the employee refused to give the ice cream sundae like the photo (with cherry and nuts), decided for me and gave me the cherry only, because according to her the boss looks into the camera, so she can't give the 2, even if it's her who is in the photo, she told me "it's just for display", I have never seen such a service , surely I will never come back, and she asked me to write since I'm not happy, it's really a shame to have this kind of customer service in a shopping center, maybe you need to change the photos of your "display" and mention what the customer will receive after paying, so that we are not disappointed, and it is already expensive, so we pay a lot for a lousy service.

Really slow service, my frozen yogurt had time to melt in its small cup and was leaning out of it while the lady was making a smoothie, when asked for a cup so I could transfer it, she told me she sells the cup but didn't know the price so couldn't help me with my problem...

Employees are rude, ice cream is overpriced and they don’t let you taste the flavours

Today I went to the store at 4:30pm with my 3 years old kid. At first my child was looking at the ice creams in the front and I was standing with my child. some more customers were there so the lady who was working at the store she said I need to wait on the line I can’t Stand there. I knew that I have to wait on the line so I will go to the line.But I was standing there for my kid. Then I said ok and stood up on the line. after that she started tell me the store is close. she said the man who was front of me the least customer. I told her that nobody is behind me I am gonna get one ice cream cone for my 3 years old. And kid was waiting for the ice cream almost 10 mints. why she did not tell me on first place that the store is close. If your closing time is 4:30 the why in your store website it says 10 to 5pm then. the lady didn’t give ice cream to my 3 years old . If it’s me that that’s fine I would accept but she didn’t serve my 3 years old kid for 2 mints.I waited there more than 10 mints with my pregnant belly for my little kid. It’s unpleasant that anyone could do that. when I asked her why u didn’t tell me in first place she said she is working from 9am. ok so if it’s 8 hours sift then she committed to the work right so she had to work 8 hours. when I went the store it was 4:30 and I wait for 10 mints then that was 4:40pm what u think she could not serve me for 4-5 mints. I think she thought I don’t have money or I am a cheap lady and I don’t know Franch or English. but I am working woman and I have money to pay for ice cream. It hurts me a lot that my innocent kid didn’t get ice cream for 2 mints after waiting that long.I am an American woman who is living in Canada for work purpose from 4 years.I never had that kind of impolite customer service in American or Canadian life.

I went there 3 times and each time I was disappointed. The portions are small for the price and the slush didn't taste much. I won't go back...

Expensive

Nice place!

I thought this place use to be much better. We recently went again and this time I took their chocolate dipped ice cream and it was not as I expected it to be. The chocolate was very thin and not very rich. It kept cracking and falling on the floor because it is not thick enough. Also we got ice cream with caramel sauce and it was also a disappointing because caramel was so thin. Not going there anymore. Customer service never even answered my email. Now going for two to one star.

Our 2 boys were extremely happy with the choices they made for ice-cream and the wife gave in to her craving for a chocolate milk shake. Let's not be too stingy with napkins especially with clients buying ice-cream for toddlers.
