Good to support these hospitality trainees and get a good meal out of it. There were no vegetarian mains when I visited but I did eat well filling up with salads, sides, and desserts.
I just discovered they are selling some food prepared on site by the students. I especially loved being able to get good quality bakery products with an economical price.
The only downside is they don't have a regular schedule.

As a 15+ year patron of the boutique, I've noticed a disproportionate increase in pricing and decrease in selection since its major renovation.
Do the Pearson students get a discount? If you wish to maintain customer loyalty and higher pricing, why not pre-sell online? I would rather go to pick up a confirmed order rather than taking my chances on availability.
