It honestly saddens me to write this review because for all of my high school career and now after I have been going to this McDonald’s and everything has been good until recently I went and I ordered three things to which I found plastic in all of my order and probably ate some too some pieces were bigger than others when I complained nothing was reallt done, I was offered a new drink only (even though there was plastic in my wrap and other drink too) and was offered no reimbursement. The manager was nice and polite though I just wish more action was taken

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Food on the floors, garbages overflowing, and the drink station was a disaster. Tables were not cleaned and alot of young teens loitering. When a staff member finally emptied the garbage, he did not even clean up the garbage on the floor or even wipe down the mess on the garbage bin. Then he went back to the front to prepare food without washing his hands. This is the new normal in most fast food restaurants. The restaurant should fined, shutdown, etc. If you don't have the staff don't open. We were there Oct 6th at around 5:30pm.

Went in, self-service machine doesn't have paper and I didn't know my order number. Finally got my order but I didn't get the fries in 1 of my combos and I got the wrong sandwich for 1 one my combos. I won't be coming back for the lunch rush anytime soon.

I honestly don’t think anyone even tried while packing uber order. I received the completely wrong items, and it was obvious no care was taken at all. This isn’t just a small mix-up — the entire order was messed up. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially when you’re hungry and expect better from a brand like McDonald’s. Please take delivery orders more seriously — we paid for the food we actually wanted, not random leftovers
Incredibly unprofessional staff. Someone should tell the leading black woman to show some manners and respect to their delivery drivers working in customer service jobs like they are.
