Literally the most disgusting KFC in Montreal. The food took about 10 mins to come and it was cold and stale. They have about 8-9 ppl standing around doing nothing but stare at customers. JUST HORRIBLE!!!

The PFK is a rip off. The price for a Zinger sandwich only is over $10 excluding Taxes. When I requested to see where it says on the menu that the price for the Zinger sandwich only is over $10, they were unable to show me. The price of the Zinger alone is based on whether they like your face. The whole staff is of African descent. In other places the price of Zinger sandwich alone is $8. May be, this is the way they work and the reputation of PFK is going down.

This place need to close down and have new one that’s better. Workers lied straight to my face!!! So many of them almost 10 people stuck inside watching each other. I asked for a freshly cooked ones. It’s not even warm and It’s not even crispy it’s saggy. And they didn’t even put something on bottom to keep it warm. Their chicken is always too salty. I gave it a chance but still the same. Never ordering here ever again. There’s plenty other ones way better.

Ordered chicken tenters…. How can you miss on Chicken Tenders! First fries were stale and luke warm. The employee acted like they did not care. How do you serve someone cold stale food? I asked for a new fresh one. They took the stale fries from the bin and recooked them in oil. Yummy refried fries! Once I got to my table and opened the box of Tenders…. Cold. I gave up. Did not trust the food, put it in the garbage. Never again as 2 times before it was just garbage.

On a take out order, chicken burgers, fries, gravy, we were very disappointed. Something is wrong with the chicken. The chicken was tough, like a bun that has been microwaved. Inedible! The fries and gravy were alright, but the chicken burger was the thing. So fries, gravy and a sandwich I had to make at home for dinner. I am not at all convinced that was worth $35.
They gave cheap store bought tenders. Not KFC.
