Jimmy Sollozo, the owner and patriarch has been ordering oil from the same manufacturers in Gargano , Foggia for years and here is why- this oil ,extra virgin, has a fresh, fruity, and complex taste, and possesses a slight yet pleasant bitterness and although less of the peppery pungency that tingles at the back of the throat that is generally associated with higher end olive oil. It has an amazing herbal and buttery taste that goes with so many things. It is a passe partout if you will. I cannot recommend this seller more. a bit out of the way for some, but well worth the trip. If you are lucky you can even have a coffee on the house with Jimmy himself. Booyah

Incredible and knowledgeable staff and the absolute best coffee beans around. I don't have a proper coffee grinder so I get them to grind for me, and they know exactly which consistency to grind based on which type of coffee maker I'll be using. They grind differently for French Press vs stovetop Moka (something I didn't even know until I started coming here!) I recommend them to everyone.
