Extremely rude and disrespectful employee. We accidentally used the wrong card and had asked in store if we can change the form of payment. The employee at the store told us that he has to call his manager and we asked him to call us back. After many days of not hearing back from anyone we called back and the employee instantly started berating us saying we are disrespectful and that we were "rude" to him. We had told him that we have been buying pizza from this place for many years and it happened in the past where we used the wrong card and wanted to change and there was no issues what so ever. He told use super aggressively he does not care and it does not matter if we are loyal customers or not because he has plenty other customers. Wow, what a way to talk to clients. This place does not care about you, they only care about money. Zero customer service. Furthermore, he went on about how we are "trying to buy him" with the fact that we are returning customers. All we wanted was to change the form of payment, but this place has lost a very loyal customer due to an employees disrespect towards us. Long story short, whenever we had an issue with the old management (this place has apparently changed management a few months ago) we always had our concerns and small issues taken care of quickly.

After eating the central pizza this evening, we confirm that it was the last time!! Prices have skyrocketed, for a bland and tasteless pizza, not to mention the delivery people... no hello, no thanks! So sorry but you'll have to find another Pizzeria in LaSalle! It was expensive for a large and large poutine... better to make it at home, there's nothing better!

Food is good but holyyyyy, every time I call they are SO RUDE!
So it’s just not worth a neighbours while to support this neighborhood business
False advertising on price, when asked why not honour the price advertised until it’s formally changed on the menu online, was blasted!
