Quite simply my number 1 restaurant in Montreal, even though there is really plenty of choice in this city. The pupusas are delicious, the chicharron too, the fried yucca very good...

It was my first experience of a Salvadoran restaurant a year ago, since then I have clearly adopted La Guanaquita and especially the cuisine of Salavador quite simply. It's very well packaged, very good with good value for money, large quantities... There's nothing to complain about! The only downside is that you can't eat there. When will the opening in physics take place?

always delicious. closed until february. excited for them to reopen!I spend about $30 for one box and it is enough food for dinner plus a midnight snack plus lunch the next day, so it's a bit expensive at face value but well worth it for the amount of food you get.

Wow!! This is definitely a restaurant worth trying. We ordered the family box for 4 adults and two young children and we still had food left!! The portions are so worth it for the price! We also tried the fried plantains with sour cream, and we really fell in love with them ♥️ The delivery was fast, everything was fresh and hot! Thanks to the whole team!

Vegetarian options: There are bean and cheese pupusas or even just beans, and they are excellent!

Kid-friendliness: The kids really liked it, especially the pupusitas and chicken tamales.

The problem is the prices are still too expensive especially for a glass of horchata at $7 plus tax when you can buy a package to make it at home cheaper and which will yield more than 1 pitcher. The price of the pupusas is correct, but for example you take a mixta or family dish well you may have two small pieces of chicharrón and a banana so for a family of 4 you may have two small pieces again. The extras, for example guacamole and sour cream, are also too small for the price. Their prices were much better a few years ago. They still remain the best pupusas in Lassalle and even in Montreal, they are well stocked but one thing too is that they have been using less cheese for some time....
