First of all, a big thank you to the owner for caring about the customer the way he does.It makes a visit a very friendly experience that i miss so.much in today's world.We took a cheese burger and cheese trio that came with the nost delicious fries I have tasted in a long time.The burges are exactly like the one you'll see on the menu pictures.The meat was fresh and the burger the right size for a 230lbs man.The buns are fresh the bacon is amazing and the patty was cooked to perfection.He also offered me a coffee on the house and being a fan of good coffee I was not disappointed.I will go back and try everything on the menu. If its consistent with the experience I just had, well I might have found my new favorite restaurant in the south west..Oh almost forgot.This has to be the cleanest restaurant I have been too including the bathroom.

I ordered 2 for 1 hamburger trio through Ubereats and it was really good. Only thing I don’t understand is why they didn’t put any ketchup or mayo on the side for the fries.. it should definitely be mandatory. The burger had barely any sauce inside.

Man this place is SO GOOOOOOD! You guys have to try their BLT on the softest possible bread and their burgers with Swiss cheese are insane! And poutine - even the small one is pretty big and delicious. Honestly this is the only place i order from for the last few months.

I came to pick up an uber order and found out the order was somehow duplicated and the man was so amazing with his customer service. He remade the order for the Customer and went out of his way to make sure everyone involved was so happy, he was beyond polite and such a breath of fresh air. I 10/10 would recommend this place! Bless him!

Based on my experience, the 5 star reviews are no joke. And no I'm not a friend of whoever owns the place - before tonite I didn't even know this place existed, was just looking to pick up a good burger for a picnic along the water. Melano did not disappoint. Burger and poutine were fresh, tasty and not messy like at other places, perfect for a picnic. Highly recommended.
