If i could give less than 1 star i would gladly do. So sad. Taste was ok for the noodles but we tried 5 different bbq brochettes the beef was horrible, literally could not chew on it. The shrimp brochette had only 1 piece of shrimp on it...This place does not honor the asian héritage.Plus the service was cold and made us pay before informing us about the 45min waiting period. They were watching a tv show and felt like we bothered them.Plus portions were so small. Horrible horrible!
Very competitive price!
Ordered the cold korean noodles, it comes as a soup. My beef was overcooked and dried despite bathing in the broth. They were generous on the buckwheat noodles and packed them separately which I appreciated. Very few kimchi and cucumbers in the broth. Also ordered the small shrimp appetizer. They were too greasy I couldn't eat them all. Also added treats, the fried buns were so oily, dried and hard to bite through, same with half of the sesame balls, you could tell the fresh ones were perfectly fine and small bites of juiciness, but the other ones completely inedible.I think it's the kind of places that offer a better eating experience in restaurant maybe... but I wouldn't try it again.
Just bad. Literally the worst restaurant in the neighborhood. AVOID!
Bad quality food , bad service , bad taste
We really enjoy this little spot, the staff is friendly and the food is on point. The first time we came we tried the BBQ chicken hearts and they are still one of our favorites. Their dumplings are bang on and they even travel well.My personal favorite is the beef stew. The beef is fork tender and melts in our mouth and the stock that it comes in just warms you on a cold day.
Disgusting, old general tao chicken- was not fresh at all with no sauce and very soggy. The calamari was not crispy and stringy, and our peanut butter dumplings had barely enough sauce. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, especially for general Tao fans- I repeat this is not general Tao.
We ordered garlic shoot with fried beef, the beef strips are not fresh at all as they taste abnormally acid and its not from vinegar or spices, the garlic shoot also waxy. Will never revisit and dont recommend!
