Excellent Bolognese sauce with perfectly cooked pasta.Fettucini con Gamberi was the freshest pasta I have ever tasted. Wine suggestions by hands on owner were spot on.Deserts were also very good, THANK YOU!HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

are any ordinary good restaurant without more... quality/price a little expensive and the downside is that we had dinner on a Friday evening and there were 18 of us in an empty restaurant for my mother's day and for dessert they gave her we brought a kind of rice pudding (very basic dessert) with a candle like most restaurants do during a party... you still have to be cheap, not nearly so, to chase after everyone who has paid the bill for know who is going to pay for the dessert (of the birthday person) worthy of a hospital cafeteria!!! first and last time riventino anyway very very simple menu that you can easily make at home and what's more the wine list doesn't impress anyone for very ordinary wine which is too expensive in terms of quality/price!!!

Exceptional service, unhurried, welcoming! We arrived at 8:30 pm (they close at 9 pm) and we were never rushed. The food was fantastic!
This is a hidden jewel in front of Rapids park in Lasalle. It is a cozy place with great service and delicious Italian food.

Amazing restaurant! We had the calamari and octopus, it was fantastic! We also had the cavatelli al ragu and it was great & the risotto with truffle. Highly recommend this place - you can also rent it for venues/events!

Great food. They make homemade olives! Fantastic, focaccia was amazing, the prosciutto and melon was so fresh!Had the 4 cheese pizza but couldn’t finish it because the appetizers were so good.The dining room is a little outdated but the food was amazing and the location was nice and relaxing.Will absolutely go back

We ordered fried calamari, lamb shank, their shrimp dish and a pizza. Their pizza and shrimp were good. The calamari was alright, it was a little bit dry and no batter. The most disappointing part was the most expensive lamb shank... For a ~$50 main dish, I was expecting something at least cooked to perfection, but it was either overcooked or it was left under the heating light for too long... The outer layer was bone dry and hard to chew.Overall, the food could've probably been 4 stars but there is not enough value. The Scarolies Pasta Emporium in West Island has the same ratings, portion wise is better bang for your bucks on everything and their lamb chop (although not shank) is tender and consistent every time you order it.

Been here several times and always a fantastic experience! Friendly service, amazing dishes and very reasonable! While I love Bocci and Giuseppe in Lasalle, Riventino just blows them away with the quality and prices. Definitely give them a shot!
