I had very bad experience with secret sucre bubble tea, I spent 18$ for 3 regular bubble tea but not satisfied at all, they just used artificial scenses instead of fruits. So disgusting

Decent bubble tea, nothing special though.Better prices than most chains, but you get what you pay for!They only sell bubble tea and smoothies, so the pictures of the desserts are misleading.It looks a bit unkept inside, but the staff is nice

The black tea and brown sugar bubble tea is sublime.. tastes amazing, less industrial, more home like taste. Highly recommended while around town, for 7$ it is great and big enought... The bubbles are transparent and have the perfect chewyness and consistency and taste. Thank you! Very kind service as well. :) :)

The amount of food was too small, the ingredients were not fresh at all, and the taste was mediocre. It was burnt. Don't order his food, it's very bad!!

Messy place, thet seem to be using the store as a storage for other businesses.Every few times I go, they are out of bubbles. The 2 times I did get what I asked, the quality was wildly inconsistent.The people are nice and seem to have good intentions, but its just too i cobsistent in quality/service/availability and the hygiene is doubtful to be up to standard (employee scratching their hair, handling money then handing bubble tea...).I think if they just cleaned up a bit and did some basic hygiene trainibg with the employees and reduce the amount of items in the menu and focus on good bubble tea, it could work seeing how there are no other bubble tea places in the area.Shame.

First time here and I was refused service. The door was open, there was a freshly written menu too and I remember there was a sign on the door that says opening on June 22nd, but the only staff there which didn't even bother to get up from the place he was laying down from said it's closed. I asked why there was a sign that says it's opened on the 22nd? I asked if I can get takeout. He said they only serve if there is enough people. What kind of business is this? So you only serve if there is enough people coming to restaurant, that doesn't make any sense. Never tried the food here but I will never come back again. I just ended up ordering Uber eats (reliable and efficient) as always.

I bought two taro milk drinks , one was super cold and second is not even cold and price was super higher than normal price of taro drinksMenu is in chinese language so hard to decide what should we eat and hard to see the price for food too
