I ordered a lasagna with sauce only and they put tomato sauce when I called back they didn’t admit their error and the ladie on the phone was rude and she said she can’t do anything! Worse service ever gat and paid 60$ 😂😂 Not recommended

Have been coming here for years, we noticed slight changes since New Ownership, but nothing to complain about until now. The souvlaki sticks were extremely dry and charred to an extreme bitterness. The potatoes were oddly gluey textured inside them. The tzatziki seemed to ve a watered down version made with somekind of watery mix of sour cream and runny yogurt. You can clearly see the quality of the products has gone down. So disappointed.

Terrible customer service, bad pizza, made me leave my house to return a not-cooked pizza. Cheese was not melted. Argue on the phone with my wife. The previous owner, Denis was the best, i had been buying pizza from them for 20 years, never an issue. I am pissed. Will never buy again. Shame.

I decided to try this restaurant and honestly it was nothing special at all. I called for a take out order a large Serano special pizza a poutine and an onion ring. The pizza even with all the toppings was bland I always say u have to have a good dough and sauce that’s the base of a pizza and they don’t have it. The poutine had mozzarella pizza cheese. The onion rings were ok. The lady that gave me my order was polite and smiled
