It's terribly cold. If you don't want to freeze, don't go there.

I always make the same order no matter which Starbucks I’m going, and this is back to back the 2nd time I’m coming to this same location and they can’t freaking admits they are making the mistakes and they might need more training, after calling the store and being polite and letting them know the issue the shift supervisor started to get defensive, there’s no shame on admitting of your own mistakes and just be polite and fix the issue.

lmao me when i dont know how to serve customer service and have to make a living out of working here . atleast do it right ? tell me why i ordered a chai latte and the wait was literally 10 minutes 😑 on a busy day i get this, but it wasnt even busy? no one was at drive thru and they were passing EVERYONE who ordered infront of me before me. I stayed patient until the guy says “sorry for the wait, i forgot” like that’s not even a reasonable reason … don’t even say anything ! ??? if you’re burnt out, stay home. cuz thats what I also do #TAKESNOTES😭 he was also very blunt with other customers, not that it’s my concern but even if you’re having a bad day shouldn’t impact how u act with other ppl btw!

4 drinks. The guy at drive through comments there all the same with one being the hot not cold and we still ended up with the wrong drinks. 2 cold drinks the same 1 hot pumpkin spice 1 cold. Ended up with vanilla latte.....

Seriously, the drive-thru order is not satisfactory, I asked for coconut milk for my pumpkin spiced laté because I am intolerant, and I specified that too, and he asks me if I want some. whipped cream??. Then a few moments later I realize that it's lactose-free, even though that's not what I ordered, given the price, I don't go there often, but I expect better, a lot better. Intolerances and allergies should be better managed. ....
