The absolute worst experience ever and I’ve been a regular for over 20 years. The server needed 10 mins before taking my order even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. When she finally came from the back I proceeded to let her know what sandwiches I wanted and she kept cutting me off giving me attitude and telling me what toppings should be on the sandwiches. I ended up leaving without completing my order and went over to the other subway near maxi and had a pleasant experience with the other server!

When shown the valid coupons, first they said they don't accept it, and then when asked it they have anyway what is shown on the coupons, they said they don't even have it!! Very rude personal too!! What's the point to have coupons if they don't work!

DO NOT LEAVE TIP a couple of months ago the cashier who was extremely nice told me not to leave a tip when I asked why he/she said that the owner doesn't give them the tips and more recently I went back I forgot and left a tip again, so asked the young person if he/she received the tips from the owner and the person said that he/she did get them sometimes (in simple words when the owner feels like it) SO GIVE THE TIP DIRECTLY TO THEM . To make things worse one of my tomatoes was slimy ?
P.s : I don't want to get the employees in trouble that's why I use he/she

Was waiting for the driver school to open up and went in for a quick bite, server was opening up and served me and other customers rather quickly made a bang out sandwhich. All i have to say is they should definetly fix the washroom or atleast put up a sign to notify customers to use the womans. Other than that place is clean and service was awesome!

They don't pay attention to the order at all, ingredients are wrong and the instructions not followed. Want toasted or not toasted? Doesn't matter, they'll do the opposite. No tomato on the order? Well you'll get that anyway, but it will cost you about 50% of the ingredients that would normally be on your sandwich. Other subways use 2 of their pre-portioned meat on the sandwiches, this one somehow gets away with giving 1 and charging you full price. So they're just stealing from the people giving them business. Just avoid this place.
I went to subway today and felt it the lady working over there as behaving Very bad service no greetings full with attitude she was indian name jasbir kaur i dont know why she is behaving like this is she the owner or what but still we are spending money and getting food but by seeing her attitude it seems she is giving me food free of cost . If i would own this subway fir sure i will fire her she is just full of attitude

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Ordered for Curbside Pickup and the employee was dumb enough to not know what Curbside Pickup means. When I contacted the store she said she’s not allowed to leave the store or she’ll be FIRED. Why does the Subway give OPTION TO PICK IF THERE IS NO CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE. Totally Ridiculous.
