As someone who has worked at Subway, I understand the standard we’re supposed to follow. My sub today was the messiest I’ve ever gotten, overflowing sauce, falling apart, and wrapped carelessly. This isn’t the level of quality customers deserve.

The employee working at that time clearly had no idea how to deal with customers—completely unprofessional. The store was in terrible shape when it comes to food hygiene. They seem to charge extra for just about everything, and to make things worse, I could literally see water collecting under the food, which tells me they’re not even keeping the freezer at the right temperature. Basic standards clearly don’t exist here.

I recently visited Subway and had a mixed experience. One of the staff members was really kind and helpful. When we asked if he could grill our sandwich, he said yes and was willing to help. However, shortly after, another staff member (Simran) came and was very rude. She refused to grill the sandwich in a dismissive way, which made us feel quite uncomfortable.
The customer service started off great but unfortunately ended on a sour note. I hope the management can look into improving consistency in staff behavior and customer handling.
The girl working there was all alone and could not keep up with the orders. Any mobile orders were put to a side and walk in customers were served before, one after the other. The management should do better.
I went this place this afternoon. My phone was dead and i just charge my phone because i want to make an important call. I was waiting for my friend so that we both can order something to eat. He just went outside and the waiter over there talk to me in a rude tone by saying “ This is not a charging station . This is only for clients “. I told him that my phone is dead . Still he force me to leave. Then i quietly leave from there. Then i went there again with my friend , there was a customer who was charging his laptop while i was talking to the waiter. He told both of us to leave . And said he has a meeting. I want to ask everyone is it ok to harass someone like this just because of his looks . He already had his subway, then why was he still there . Very rude waiter . I don’t know the name . Still i will never ever come to this place again.

The absolute worst experience ever and I’ve been a regular for over 20 years. The server needed 10 mins before taking my order even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. When she finally came from the back I proceeded to let her know what sandwiches I wanted and she kept cutting me off giving me attitude and telling me what toppings should be on the sandwiches. I ended up leaving without completing my order and went over to the other subway near maxi and had a pleasant experience with the other server!

When shown the valid coupons, first they said they don't accept it, and then when asked it they have anyway what is shown on the coupons, they said they don't even have it!! Very rude personal too!! What's the point to have coupons if they don't work!
