This place got worse with time. Here are the things that bothers me 1-The staff dont wear any hair net, and with their type and length of hair, they definitely should. I had a hair in my sandwich, and its the third time I go there and notice they don’t wear any nets.
2- This is even worse imo, at subway, they slide your sandwich on this white plastic cutting board-thing. When I got there, the guy was spraying it with windex, but it was getting on all the vegetables!!! This has to be a food hazard. Would not go there anymore

Sorry but this is the worst meatball sub I've ever eaten, almost no sauce and meatballs. I will never go to this place again. The best Subway and the service was impeccable is the one on Dollard and Newman, I give them a five star.

Went into the restaurant for lunch with two special needs seniors. One of them needed to use the washroom and was denied, and also very disrespectfully for some reason. What prompted me to write this review was not only the disrespect to an intellectually disabled woman, but that the employee told the client that she would "prefer you do it outside". Her attitude towards my client was appalling. The situation really upset them.

Horrible service from the person who served me. She was not respectful. I have a video as proof and you also have cameras in the restaurant which can prove this. So if you care about the reputation of your restaurant, you provide me with your contact details and I will share the video of my experience in your subway. Really disappointed with the way I was treated. If I could give fewer stars I would. I pay my money and I get insulted.

I encountered the rudest employee ever...Jessica is pretty on the outside but inside very ugly personality/character. Please someone help this poor young woman. You know what you did and said about the bathroom key, iam sorry, girl but you need serious help.

Paid for a 12 “ tandori rib . When i got home i found that the meat was raw. I went back with the sandwich and the manager did not want to give me my refund or replace my sandwich just because she said that they receive the meat precooked. Its sad that the manager who is supposed to be certified in food safety, doesn’t even recognize raw meat.

Its clean organized and good, but since im a subway veteran(not to flex) im used to the workers immediately adding what you tell them, but sometimes I need extreme patience. For example Im just ordering at the restaurant and when i get to the vegetables and stuff its a new worker( her first day) and I order lettuce and cucumber and this is what i said" please do not forget the CUCUMBERS" and i asked for chimichurri sauce aside since i like spicy and she didn't even put it. So in conclusion have patience with new workers, yell when you order something and don't forget... The chimichurri sauce......
