The waitress and sounds assistant have a bad attitude with the customer!!! I took a number 3 and asked to replace the onions with a few black olives. Instead of saying no problem, she started making a fuss telling me that it was impossible to replace the foods listed!!! This made me angry... In a restaurant you must respect the requirements and allergies of customers!! Staff to be replaced and quickly please 🙏

The scanner for the coupons is "broken". Any attempt to order online through the app was blocked because you can't pick the store. $5 for a fountain drink is a bit expensive too. Dry bread. They also forgot the cheese on a pizza sub.

truly repulsive—fruit flies all over the uncovered vegetable trays and multiple employees sitting around in the kitchen area seemingly doing nothing to address this. this location is highly unhygienic. will not come back and would not recommend anyone else do, for your own health.

Worst and when I say worst I mean THE WORST subway I’ve ever when to the staff so nonchalant the food looks awful everyone that live in ville Émard and LaSalle agrees that this is the worst subway ever do not go there unless you wanna be sick or witness the worst customer service in Montreal. I took a steaker knowing that I really like the Montreal subways in the other subwai I had no problems I don't eat pork because I'm allergic to it when I asked her to remove the pork she told me it was impossible to change the recipe then after she heated the bread the other waitress puts salad and when I ask her to put bbq sauce and tells me no afterwards at the cash register I pay 20 dollars for the 6 inch sandwich I have never seen that no matter what

KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AND MAKE COMPLAINTS DIRECTLY TO SUBWAY HEADQUARTERS. THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO HOLD HER ACCOUNTABLE Its not that they dont have eggs or breakfast is my problem, its that the girl was cold and rude and looked at me like an idiot for asking for a egg bacon sandwich, when this is the ONLY subway that does not have breakfast. For a chain, customers dont know this on default
