They serve us a food already eat and they refuse to take it back, like under the edamame was a napkin already use and full of trash never again !!!

My wife and I used to go here often, because it was close and the food was pretty decent (and we thought the server robot was cute). This last Saturday we went and while half the place was empty, we were told they couldn't give us a table because we weren't 4 ppl. So we decided not to return. Custom service and loyalty means nothing here. We will spend our time and money elsewhere and suggest you should do the same. They don't deserve your patronage.

Quality as gone downhill. Havent been to a Sushiplus in years. Maybe because i went for lunch but everything had so much rice (overcooked) on it which made us full.. of rice really fast. Miso soup for example used to have tofu in it and taste more miso, now its closer to hot water with some seaweeds. Yes its cheaper but its not worth it

I was extremely disappointed the restaurant was empty and we wanted to celebrate our night there the waiter was rude put us at the front of the restaurant we ask to be near the window and they said no because they are not busy they close that section you lost me as a client and my 2 friends with me the waiter was right in front of our table making it uncomfortable WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! If I’m a client and want to sit next to the window while spending almost 200$ you should make sure we are comfortable was not happy with the food the steak was raw and hard to eat and the sushi was hot instead of cold and the salad was messy they didn’t even chop it seem like no care at all don’t eat here not worth it better off going to Hoshi bbq way better ! And way more worth the money ! VERY DISAPPOINTED!😡😤

The food made us sick for days. The salmon was grey, avocados were black, and the rice had a weird aftertaste. A robot is your server, however the 1 staff on the floor barely greeted us or smiled. He did not even ask if we knew how the service worked. We were sat at a dirty table and expected to figure it out on our own. What's funny is that at the end it asks for a tip. Had the guy been informative and friendly, we would've tipped like we always do. The machine is in French, which is fair but it did make it difficult for us anglophones since we had no idea how service worked. There is potential, but for now it simply sucks.
We went for my daughter’s birthday and after 10 minutes waiting for a waiter to acknowledge us, we simply left. They were having at most 6 tables on a Saturday night 7 pm… the guys in the kitchen were looking to each other as they were not having orders…. They were all looking at us but nobody came to take us to the table. The owner should know about his employees behaviour… Last time when we were there I spent almost 200 cad for 3 adults. Too bad that it’s close to my place but I’m not going back to a place where you’re treated like this. And the restaurant owners complain they don’t have customers….

We love the place. Foods are great and what makes it more inviting is the warm service of the staff. Quite expensive but worth it because of their service. It's 2025 and we will give some interesting photos for you. Come to Sushi plus and enjoy their food. Yes, it is a bit expensive now but it is worth a buck if you really love Japanese cuisine.
