We went for my daughter’s birthday and after 10 minutes waiting for a waiter to acknowledge us, we simply left. They were having at most 6 tables on a Saturday night 7 pm… the guys in the kitchen were looking to each other as they were not having orders…. They were all looking at us but nobody came to take us to the table. The owner should know about his employees behaviour… Last time when we were there I spent almost 200 cad for 3 adults. Too bad that it’s close to my place but I’m not going back to a place where you’re treated like this. And the restaurant owners complain they don’t have customers….

We love the place. Foods are great and what makes it more inviting is the warm service of the staff. Quite expensive but worth it because of their service. It's 2025 and we will give some interesting photos for you. Come to Sushi plus and enjoy their food. Yes, it is a bit expensive now but it is worth a buck if you really love Japanese cuisine.

ordered a sushi combo and tuna nigiri and the portion sizes are ridiculously small and the rice had a bitter taste. would not recommend. small nigiri and barely a sliver of fish

the waitress was so nice and the decor in the restaurant is amazing, i really loved the interactive koi pond floor. but the food really wasn’t great and for $40 a person it’s a little disappointing🥲🥲 i don’t think i will come back but it seems like a nice place for a family gathering and my friend did like the food she ordered.

the robot cat is adorable and the waiters are the sweetest! the overall atmosphere is incredible minus the fact there are projectors projecting things on the floor and I got seated next to unruly children running , stomping and blocking the robot. In any case, genuinely one of the best places I've ever went to
