I stopped in for a bubble tea but ended up getting some sushi cuz the lady making them behind the counter made them look so good for the customer before me and she was so kind and friendly. The bubble tea was great and the sushi was excellent but the lady making them was amazing. The only downside is the young girl at the cash was not the best at hospitality

First time and last time ordering from here. Food was good but found very expensive for portions received . Expected bigger size portions from the pictures shown . Thank god I had made rib steak because we definitely did not come close to getting full on this order.

My partner ordered one of your recent combos last Wednesday (salmon, tuna, all smoked) for dinner via Uber Eats and she got severe food poisoning. Is it due to your ingredients being unsanitary or kept at the wrong temperature or to the delivery person? never again

Their commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service is evident, and it makes my job much easier. I highly recommend sushi shop not just for their delicious food, but for their excellent operational practices and courteous team. Miss LEE is very generous and friendly. I’m a big fan of all Sushi Shop products with sweet potatoes. Tonight the sweet potatoes were not fresh, the sushi pizza was not crispy and tasted of old oil and tempura shrimp as well. Sorry but I won’t be coming back here.

I'm a little disappointed. I ordered 4 times from you from uber eat and 3 out of 4 something was missing. Twice I ordered kimchi and never received it. If you don't have one, why leave it on the uber eat menu. Last time I ordered from you.

I picked up from here basically at closing time. The person making the sushi and preparing the order clearly looked overworked. She was professional, courteous, and we were very happy with the food she prepared.

We ordered through UberEats at 8:10 p.m. 1 hour later we wrote to the delivery man why it was taking so long and the delivery time was only increasing. The delivery person was on site at the Sushi Shop and told us that they had not started our order yet. We're talking about sumomaki and 3 shrimp spring rolls. We called the Sushi Shop branch, and it was the worst customer service we have received in years. The young woman on the line simply replied: “that there were other orders and that was life”. No excuses, no other details. To order sushi every 2 weeks, I will no longer order from this branch.We received the order at 9:35 p.m. when it was supposed to arrive at 8:45 p.m., maximum 9:10 p.m., depending on the application.
