I went this afternoon and ordered a bagel. From the drive thru window I witnessed the worker (who was visibly sick and sniffling) put on a pair of clear gloves and then put the bagel in the toaster. In the meantime she picked up a napkin with the clear gloves still on wiped her leaking nose and then continued to put cream cheese on the bagel with the same clear gloves on. Absolutely disgusting.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and my order was ready quickly and just how I wanted it. It’s always nice to start the day with great service and a fresh cup of coffee. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. On the weekend, the short-haired lady at the drive-thru was unbelievably rude — she didn’t even let me finish my order and acted like I was bothering her just by ordering. Then today, things were no better. The lady taking drive-thru orders had no clue what she was doing; I had to repeat my order several times, and even then my chai latte came out cold. The girl who handed me the drink didn’t even smile or show any basic courtesy.
It honestly feels like they’re hiring kids who have no training or interest in customer service — just standing there for a paycheck. The staff clearly need proper supervision and retraining because this location’s service has gone downhill completely. After these two experiences, I’m done — never coming back here again.If there were possibilities for zero rating i would have been given that!!!

Awful and cramped store, waited 20 minutes for a farmer’s wrap and they gave me the wrong eggs, and the sausage was ICE COLD. The bacon was raw and we watched as they brought out the trays of sausage and eggs and put them in the steamer for a few seconds. Absolutely disgusting and the cashier who served me looked like she wanted to kill me just for showing up to the restaurant. The guy who made our wraps and brought out our orders was completely unintelligible and everyone was scratching their heads as to who’s order was being brought out. Awful experience, I suggest going to mcdonalds or even wendy’s over this tim hortons.
