I ordered ice brown sugar latte with no ice and they gave me the latte with ice to which I have to ask them again to remove the ice and I asked extra syrup there wasn’t any extra syrup in my latte. (This has happened twice). I also took white hot chocolate with chai tea bag there wasn’t any tea bag in my white hot chocolate, to which I have to request again at the window to put tea bag. My bagel with cream cheese was so hard and cold. NO NAPKINS IN THE BAG. This is ridiculous.
Kindly train your employees at the drive through. Thank you.
