This Tim's is usually not too busy. Customers like it there. I usually have to clean in public washrooms but not here, It's usually very clean. Staff are busy preparing your orders but, they are accurate w orders &, friendliness. Great to go in & sit to catch up on some work. (free wifi) :)

Normally, I have no issues with Tim's, but this time was not the case. Asked for a tea. Was told that they only had 1 teabag of the flavor I wanted. No issue, I choose something else, only to be given another tea altogether. A tea I don't like and it's not for them to decide which tea I should drink. Added to that, we asked for our brioche to be heated and it's always been heated in all other Tim's. This time they said it wasn't done and would not do it. WTH. Not going back to that Tim's, that is for sure.

I come here often and the quality of food is very poor every time, not enough ingredients even if you pay for extra, I’ve gotten my food burned many times. And I only come here because it is the only convenient location for me.
